cora’s crunchy coating

Cooking Directions:

Shake bottle vigorously for 15 seconds.  Pour desired amount of batter into bowl depending on how many pieces of chicken you plan on cooking. Dip chicken pieces into batter ensuring that it is completely coated. 

Skillet:

Heat Cooking Oil to 350 degrees. Cook 10 minutes on each side in skillet 

Deep Fryer:

Heat Cooking Oil to 350 degrees. Slowly drop chicken pieces one at a time. Cook for 20 minutes. Check periodically 

Cooking time varies based on size 15 to 25 minutes 

Unused batter can be placed into refrigerator and kept for up to 2 weeks. (Do not pour any batter that has come into contact with raw chicken[meat] back into container)
