Cora's Crunchy Coating 

My grandmother or as we affectionately called her "Bigma" made some of the best fried chicken in the world.   She was blessed to be the mother of 19 children and nearly 100 grandchildren.  I always wanted the world to be able to taste what my family and I enjoyed for many years.   

My grandmother passed away in 2008 which devastated my family.   We miss her dearly, but fortunately after a lot of poking and prodding while she was alive I was able to mix the necessary ingredients together to be able to share her chicken with the world.

The only ingredient that is missing is her love for cooking for our family.  But I know that she is smiling as she looks at all the people that are enjoying her delicious fried chicken.
